How to send a group gift with personal wishes for the recipient.

Log in to your Kadonation Account:

Make sure you are logged in to the website as the organizer of the group gift. Your account must be activated to complete the following steps:

Access your group gift:

  • Go to the "My group gifts" menu.
  • Click "View" next to the title of the group gift you wish to close.

Create a Kadonation Gift Voucher:

  • On the group gift page, click "Create a gift voucher".
  • Here, you convert the value of the group gift into a Kadonation Gift Voucher.

Select your preferences:

Follow these steps to create a digital gift voucher:

Indicate your delivery preferences. A digital gift voucher can be sent to your email address or to the recipient's email address. You can also choose a specific date and time for delivery.

Would you prefer to receive the Kadonation Gift Voucher as a physical voucher in a gift box? Select the 'Physical' option. Enter the address where the Kadonation Gift Voucher should be sent. This can be your own address or the recipient's. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery of the Kadonation Gift Voucher.

You can print and hand over the personal messages. The recipient will also see these messages when activating the Kadonation Code on their Kadonation Account.
