How can I close the group gift after everyone has contributed?

Once everyone has contributed to the group gift, you can convert it into a Kadonation gift voucher or into a voucher from (one of) our Kadopartners.

To do this, you must be logged in to the website as an organizer and have your account activated.

*Check in the menu "My recent group gifts" and click 'View' at the title of the group gift you want to close.

*This will take you to the page of your group gift. Click here on 'Create gift voucher'.

*Here you can choose to convert the value of the group gift into a Kadonation gift voucher or into a voucher from our Kadopartners. A combination of both is also possible.

*Go through the steps here and choose between a digital voucher and a gift box, and also indicate your delivery preferences.
A digital gift voucher can be sent to your email address or the recipient's email address and in the latter case, you can choose a specific date and time to have the voucher sent.
A physical voucher will be sent within three working days to the address of your choice.
