How can I close the group gift after everyone has contributed?

Once everyone has contributed to the group gift, you can convert it into a Kadonation gift voucher or into a voucher from (one of) our Kadopartners.

To do this, you must be logged in to the website as an organizer and have your account activated.

*Check in the menu "My recent group gifts" and click 'View' at the title of the group gift you want to close.

*This will take you to the page of your group gift. Click here on 'Create gift voucher'.

*Here you can choose to convert the value of the group gift into a Kadonation gift voucher or into a voucher from our Kadopartners. A combination of both is also possible.

*Go through the steps here and create your digital voucher. The digital gift voucher can be sent to your email address or the recipient's email address and in the latter case, you can choose a specific date and time to have the voucher sent.
