I have accidentally chosen the wrong partner, can I change this?

If you have ordered a gift voucher from one of the Kadopartners and you have already received it, unfortunately we cannot take it back. It is not possible to exchange a gift voucher of one of the Kadopartners for a gift voucher of another Kadopartner.
