Is it possible to cancel a voucher from our Gift Partners? 

A voucher from our Gift Partners cannot be returned or cancelled. You can read all the terms and conditions of the chosen Gift Partner on our website before requesting the voucher. To avoid mistakes, we also ask for an additional confirmation before the order is finalised. This is to avoid accidentally ordering the wrong voucher.
